I want to personally say thank you for the assistance with baby items, baby food, and formula for my infant. I remember the day I was at Interfaith Caring Ministries and one of your employees walked up to me and handed me your card when she saw I was denied help due to income requirements. I received a food basket that day and found another family at Anchor Point. I cannot stress how Tracy, Eva, Becky, Ms. Peggy, and Cean have made a difference in my life and my infant’s life. Not only have the training and classes been beneficial, but the help I have received has taken a load off my back and I am not as stressed. I have five more classes and I will no longer be an Anchor Point client, but I just wanted to say thank you again for all you do. This organization is what a woman needs when there is an unplanned pregnancy out of wedlock. When I found out about your organization, it made me believe again in people who understand there are hardworking individuals in certain income brackets that still need help. I want to say thank you so much. You have an awesome staff that meets my needs each time I come in for help. My daughter is 10 months so we have almost made it past the hard part. Your organization relieved a lot of financial stress by providing material items for infants. Thank you! - Ardesia
Thank you all for your center and programs, as well as the support I have received from the volunteers. I don’t know how I would have made it through this time without all that everyone has done. The father of this baby left and I have no family or other support system. I love the weekly classes. The emotional support I received through regular attendance and participation has been immeasurable. I was also allowed to participate in the “Baby Bucks” program. I was able to get necessary products for the arrival of my baby, the biggest and most important of which was the car seat. I don’t know how I could have gotten it without the help of Anchor Point. Thank you is the standard phrase, but it does not convey my gratitude. Thank you all so very much! - B.K.
I wanted to let you know how the ministry at Anchor Point touched the life of Heather Bell. She went from you to Lifehouse, where she eventually made contact with New Life. While at Lifehouse, she came to know Jesus as Lord and then made the decision to place her daughter for adoption. She clearly felt the Lord’s guidance in that decision. She has since moved into a shepherding home where she continues to be mentored and discipled. She will attend Blenn College in the fall. Thank you for touching her life! - Heather
Thanks for all the help you have given me. I really am able to deal with my stress easier now. I am so glad to have found a place like this and hope everything turns out for the best. I am finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My sincerest thanks. - S. C.
